FACTS:
1/15/03 – Plaintiff contended his vehicle was struck from the rear at a high speed by Defendant Edwards who was driving Defendant Costarella’s vehicle. The impact pushed Plaintiff’s vehicle into the vehicle in front of it, forcing that vehicle into a fourth vehicle. The driver’s seat of Plaintiff’s vehicle was broken by the force of the impact and Plaintiff’s knees broke the dash. Plaintiff’s vehicle was towed from the scene.
